SL Instructions

For those of you who haven’t accessed Second Life before or if it’s been a while, you may need to download a new version of the software.  

Please don’t leave it until Monday morning to check if your Second Life software is installed / up to date / requires a new download / runs and connects to Second Life OK. 

 

 

If you have never been in Second Life before and don’t have an Avatar, start here by making a new account…

Download the Second Life software: http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/

You may need some help getting through your corporate firewall; we find this often applies to many Universities, Colleges and large, especially state run organisations: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Firewall_Configuration
